Bronson’s is a Kansas City based bottled punch company founded by veteran bartender, Bronson Kistler. While behind the bar, he began creating his own recipes for an 18th Century style of punch which was traditionally preserved by an extraordinary clarification technique, made with fresh ingredients, fine filtered through natural milk proteins. This nearly forgotten methodology results in a naturally shelf stable, crystalline punch with deep complexity and an exquisitely smooth mouthfeel.
True to traditional methods, all of Bronson’s punches are hand made with fresh fruit juices and natural ingredients, which finally undergo filtration through real milk proteins. The result is a top-tier craft cocktail experience, right out of the bottle.
This punch is made with a base of aged bourbon. To this base we have added fresh juice from lemons, apples, ginger and a proprietary blend of aromatic spices which include cinnamon, clove, and allspice. The final mixture is then filtered through milk proteins to clarify and preserve the fresh ingredients, while also imparting a lush and bewilderingly silky texture.
Rich oak and subtle vanilla tones from the bourbon. Warm spices, yet brightly refreshing lemon acidity, with a delightfully fruity bite from the apples and ginger. Complex velvety finish
Bronson’s Original Punch is a finished drink, ready to pour straight over ice with a fresh orange peel. Much like a fine aperitif or fortified wine, it can also be beautifully implemented as a complex cocktail ingredient for professional beverage programs and at-home bars.
This punch is made with a base of blended Caribbean rums. To this base, we have added fresh juice from limes, pineapples and ginger and a proprietary blend of spices, lemongrass, makrut lime leaf, and bitter almond. The total mixture is then filtered through milk proteins to clarify and preserve the fresh ingredients, while also imparting a lush and silky texture in the final beverage.
It’s a pineapple daiquiri on steroids. Ripe tropical fruit with fresh lime, bright acidity, lush spices, banana leaf, and a complex velvety finish highlighted by lemongrass and makrut lime.
